4月11日，复星旅文旗下三亚·亚特兰蒂斯项目与招商银行、民生银行、浦发银行及海南农商银行签署15年期70亿元经营性物业银团贷款合作协议。
据悉，三亚·亚特兰蒂斯度假区自2018年开业以来，已累计接待游客2700万人次。2024年，三亚·亚特兰蒂斯总共接待游客629万人次，酒店平均入住率达84%，均创历史新高。
