财联社4月12日电，最近1小时（4月12日01时至02时），北京市强风持续，平原地区阵风8～11级，山区局地13级以上；全市最大阵风风速出现在门头沟高山玫瑰园（高山站） 45.2米/秒（14级）；平原地区最大阵风风速出现在昌平马池口，28.7米/秒（11级）。受上游沙尘输送影响，伴有沙尘天气，PM10浓度有所上升。
