减脂早餐紫薯全麦卷的做法
- 紫薯去皮切片,蒸10分钟至熟,用叉子倒成泥,然后加入适量牛奶,使紫薯泥粘稠,不需要加太多
- 鸡蛋、全麦粉、黑芝麻搅拌均匀,全麦粉也不用太多,我随意用勺子加了3勺
- 锅内少许油,放入鸡蛋液摊平
- 两面煎熟,大概两分钟
- 紫薯泥铺在饼上,卷起来切开即可
- 早餐水果再配个牛奶用料
