我国科学家基于嫦娥六号采回的月球样品，首次研究获得月球背面月幔的水含量，小于每克2微克，揭示了月球背面月幔比正面月幔更干燥。这一研究成果对估算月球上总的水含量，也为月球起源及后续演化研究提供了关键支撑。
