四喜丸子的做法

- 首先将肉切小块放入料理机绞成肉馅
- 莲藕切小块也放进料理机摇碎。
- 将摇好的馅料放入少许香油,然后朝一个方向搅拌;
- 倒入酱油上色后继续搅拌;
- 肉馅中加入盐
- 加入味精
- 加入蛋清
- 加入淀粉,同方向用力搅拌至粘稠
- 将搅拌上劲的肉馅团成一个个的肉丸胚

- 锅内油温五成热时,放入丸子,小火慢炸;
- 将炸好的肉丸放进蒸烤箱蒸10分钟(视肉丸大小决定蒸的时间长短)
- 葱姜切碎,锅内下油爆香配料,加入少许水,酱油,小火煮开后倒入水淀粉,边倒边迅速用锅铲搅拌致其顺滑
- 取出蒸好的肉丸,将酱汁淋在肉丸上,我们的四喜丸子就做好了
