4月10日，嘉应制药（002198）发布公告，董事会近日收到证券事务代表陈裕强递交的辞职报告。陈裕强因个人原因申请辞去证券事务代表职务，并将在辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。
截至公告披露日，陈裕强未持有公司股份，且不存在未履行的承诺事项。
2024年前三季度，嘉应制药实现收入2.60亿元，归母净利润287万元。
