去年8月，广东省汕尾50岁代课老师文某某因拒绝发生性关系，被60岁男友吴某某持斧头杀害。
近日，汕尾检察院对该案提起公诉。当地警方鉴定意见书显示，吴某某符合“无精神病”的诊断标准，在本案应为完全刑责能力，具有受审能力。
