北京商报讯（记者 丁宁）4月9日晚间，药明康德（603259）发布公告称，近日，公司取得中国农业银行股份有限公司上海市分行出具的《中国农业银行贷款承诺函》，承诺贷款额度为不超过9亿元。贷款用途为专项用于回购公司A股股票。
据悉，药明康德拟使用自有资金和/或自筹资金以集中竞价交易方式回购公司股份用于注销并减少公司注册资本，回购金额不超过10亿元（含）。
