据上饶市委宣传部微信公众号4月7日消息，此前担任江西新余市副市长、市公安局局长的夏得湧，已调任上饶工作。
夏得湧，1977年5月生，曾任江西省公安厅机场公安局局长，省公安厅机场公安局局长兼机场公安局南昌昌北机场公安局局长等，2021年任新余市副市长、市公安局局长。
