当地时间4月9日，美国的所谓对等关税政策正式落地生效。中国国际经济交流中心美欧研究部副部长张茉楠在接受中新网专访时指出，这一关税政策将会反噬美国自身，并大幅提升通胀水平，不仅“制造业回流”这一目标难以实现，因加税增加的成本，最终大部分会由美国消费者来承担。
