4月8日晚，胖东来官方发布关于“宋清辉”等博主网络侵权的回复说明。其中公布了帮扶调改企业相关数据，称从江西上饶嘉百乐到湖南步步高，再到永辉超市，所有帮扶均为无偿帮扶，公司自费投入人力物力，直接产生帮扶费用约8300万元。为帮扶企业调改，自有品牌成本价输出帮扶企业，整体销售损失约19亿，毛利额损失约3.8亿。
