人民财讯4月8日电，潍柴动力(000338)4月8日晚间公告，公司拟将控股子公司潍柴雷沃智慧农业科技股份有限公司（简称“潍柴雷沃”）分拆至香港联交所主板上市。分拆完成后，潍柴动力股权结构不会发生变化，且仍将维持对潍柴雷沃的控股权。
