4月8日，依依股份（001206）发布公告，董事长高福忠提议使用自有资金通过集中竞价交易方式回购人民币普通股（A股），回购资金总额上限为4000万元，下限为2000万元，期限为通过方案之日起12个月内，回购股份用于股权激励或员工持股计划。
董事长高福忠，自2024年6月6日至2024年11月1日，累计增持79万股，占公司总股本的0.43%，金额1024万元。
2024年前三季度，依依股份实现收入13.16亿元，归母净利润1.51亿元。
