近日，由中建七局开发建设的中建·元熙府项目完成竣工验收。
项目位于河南省郑州滨河国际新城，占地约129亩，规划总建筑面积约27.85万平方米，规划建设20栋建筑面积约109-168平方米的小高层。项目利用数字化、智能化、绿色化手段，升级产品建造技术和施工工艺，将为1500余户居民提供新居。（中建七局供稿）
