4月5日，中粮资本发布声明，称有不法分子通过短信、微信等渠道散布虚假“中粮资本”APP链接，并通过该虚假APP诱导用户充值扣费等。中粮资本声明称，中粮资本旗下各成员单位严格按照金融监管相关法律法规开展业务，并保持稳健经营，不存在爆雷情形。公司目前仅以“中粮资本”的名义建立微信公众号，未建立APP应用及任何形式的线上销售渠道。（券商中国）
