英国莱仕阁拍卖行（Lacy Scott & Knight） 将在北京时间2025 年 4 月 9 日下午6点整举行的亚洲艺术拍卖会上，呈现一组描绘“道教八仙”的中国瓷器及艺术品私人珍藏。我们很高兴邀请到英国维多利亚与阿尔伯特艺术馆（V&A）前任东方馆负责人，著名的中国艺术史学家柯玫瑰（Rose Kerr）女士撰文探讨道教八仙的重要性，并分享她对这批珍贵藏品的见解。

“道教是中国的核心信仰之一，起源于公元前 4 世纪（另有6世纪一说）被称为“老子”的哲学家所著的《道德经》。 道教是一种深奥的信仰体系，涉及各种自然主义和神秘宗教。 然而，普通百姓需要更具体的崇拜对象，这就是八仙的由来。 这八位仙人作为不朽的神话原型，能够帮助并鼓舞人们。 从明代开始，八仙广泛出现在精英和民间的物质文化中，包括青铜器、玉器、绘画、纺织品和瓷器等。

此次拍卖的藏品包括一套八仙瓷像，高度在 22 至 24 厘米之间。 其中的领袖吕洞宾，是唐代（618-906 年）的一位历史人物，既是诗人也是学者。 他的象征物是一把能驱邪并使他隐身的宝剑，被视为学者和医生的守护神。 另一位仙人张果老，也是历史上真实存在的人物，生活在 7 至 8 世纪，作为道教隐士修行。 他右手持一个圆柱形的打击乐器“鱼鼓”，被认为是儿童和老人的保护神。 钟离权手持芭蕉扇，发髻在头部两侧呈双髻状。 他的扇子据说能起死回生，并将石头变为贵金属。 铁拐李拄着拐杖，手持一个葫芦，能从中取出药物救治病人。 这样的瓷像套组可能曾被供奉在中国家庭的神龛上。 类似的套组也出现在维多利亚与阿尔伯特博物馆的收藏中（FE.27(A to G)-1978），以及英国的各类拍卖会上，表明它们在欧洲也非常受欢迎，主要作为装饰用途。

藏品中还有一件 19 世纪早期的精美花瓶-枇杷尊，描绘了八仙在花园中嬉戏的场景，背景有芭蕉树和假山石。 这种吉祥的装饰风格在追求奢华的客户中很受欢迎，而以精细笔触描绘八仙于山水间的作品在当时极为少见，通常只出现在带有年号款识的御用器物上。

北京故宫博物院收藏有一对带“慎德堂制”款的方形瓶（新00108030 和 00108031），台北故宫博物院也收藏有一对类似但无款识的瓶子（故瓷007620N 和 007621N）。 其他类似的例子包括苏富比于 2011 年 11 月 9 日拍卖的一件道光年制瓶（拍品编号 465）和佳士得于 2015 年 6 月 3 日拍卖的一件嘉庆年制罐（拍品编号 3257）。 值得注意的是，这件花瓶采用了经典的“壶形”造型，中文称为“琵琶尊”，在英文中没有对应的名称。 这种造型在中国学者中备受推崇，使该花瓶区别于其他御用器物。

Lot 2028 清19世纪 山水图纹青花方瓶

估价：200～300 英镑

A Chinese blue and white ‘landscape’ square vase, Qing Dynasty, 19th century, of tapered square section, each side finely painted in underglaze blue with a riverside landscape scene, the sloped shoulder with prunus blossoms, and the neck with banana leaves beneath a slightly flared rim. Dimension: 43 cm high. Provenance: a private collection in Cambridge 来源：剑桥私人收藏 Some fretting on the mouth rim especially around the corners, together with a hairline at the inner side of the neck that does not go through. Good condition overall. 口沿有釉面磨损，瓶颈内侧有细线但未贯通，整体状况良好。

Lot 2045 清康熙 青花缠枝牡丹带铭文大香炉

估价：300～500 英镑

A large Chinese blue and white ‘floral’ porcelain censer, Qing Dynasty, Kangxi period (1662–1722) . The body is decorated with scrolling peony flowers and features an inscription within a panel. Diameter: 25cm, Height: 14cm Provenance : a private collection in Cambridge 来源：剑桥私人收藏 Notes: The inscriptions are largely chiseled out, with only a few readable characters, including " 康熙 " (Kangxi) in the top left corner. 註 : 铭文大部分已被凿去，仅剩部分可辨识的字迹，包括左上角的「康熙」二字。 The rim has a 1cm chip, glaze missing on a triangle area of the inner rim, otherwise in good condition. 口沿有一处约 1 厘米的磕损，内沿一处缺釉，除此之外品相良好。

Lot 2048 清代 玉雕件（共六件）

A group of six Chinese jade carvings, Qing Dynasty, comprising three white and pale celadon jade animal carvings, one agate animal carving, one celadon jade with russet skin carving of two mandarin ducks in a lotus pond, and one white jade carving of an archaistic vessel with relief decoration. Tallest: 6.5cm (with stand) Provenance: from a collection inherited from the family 来源：家族继承 All in good condition and each set on a wood stand. 整体品相良好，配木座。

A Chinese export silver three-piece tea set, early 20th century , comprising teapot with hinged cover, single handle cream jug, and twin handled sugar bowl with lift-off cover, each piece repousse decorated with figural and floral panels to a textured ground, the handles, finials and spout of bamboo form, apparently unmarked, teapot length 25cm (including handle and spout), gross weight 28.7oz Notes: Tested as silver. 备註： 经测试為银。

Lot 2078 清康熙 五彩八仙荷塘鸳鸯图盘

A Chinese famille verte dish, QING DYNASTY Kangxi period (1662-1722), decorated in cobalt blue, polychrome enamels and gilt with Chinese Mandarin ducks in a lotus pond surrounded by an iron-red geometrical band, and further painted with Eight Daosit Immortals on the boarder partitioned by repeated wave and rock patterns. Provenance: an East Anglian based collector Note: this lot is part of the collection "Smiling Gods of Ancient China". Renowned Chinese art Expert Rose Kerr has contributed an article explaining who the Eight Immortals were and why depictions of them remain so popular, with reference to some specific examples within this collection. A rare and extremely fine Chinese famille rose Hu-form vase ‘ Pi Pa Zun ’, QING DYNASTY Daoguang period (1821-1850) , with a globular body raised on a splayed foot supporting a flared neck, delicately painted with Eight Daoist Immortals in a rocky landscape decorated with palm and maple trees, height 32cm Provenance: an East Anglian based collector Note: this lot is part of the collection "Smiling Gods of Ancient China". Renowned Chinese art Expert Rose Kerr has contributed an article explaining who the Eight Immortals were and why depictions of them remain so popular, with reference to some specific examples within this collection. For vases depicting "Eight Immortals" subject of similar period see the Beijing Palace Museum Collection (新00108030 and 00108031) for a square-shaped pair with “Shende Tang Zhi” marks, and a similar but unmarked pair in the Taipei Palace Museum Collection (故瓷007620N and 007621N). Overall in excellent condition with lovely preserved enamel. Some white residues/grout on the mouth and foot rim but removeable. The inner side of the neck has a kiln backing line but did not go through. 整体品相极佳，釉彩保存良好，口沿及足沿有些许白色漆/残留物，可清除。颈部内侧有一道窰烧线，外侧不可见。

Lot 2097 1917年 曹植《洛神赋》瓷板一块

A Chinese porcelain plaque of a poem, early 20th century (1917). Inscribed with the famous article Luo Shen Fu (Ode to the Goddess of the Luo River) by Cao Zhi (192-232AD), with a colophon indicating the article was scribed by Ren Sijue in the year of 己未 (1917) together with two scriber’s seals. Dimensions: 26 x 38.5cm. Provenance: a private collection in Cambridge 来源：剑桥私人收藏 Good except some wear. 品相良好，唯有些许磨损。

A pair of Chinese famille rose dishes, QING Dynasty, Xianfeng Mark and of the period (1851-1861), each with a gilded shallow foliated rim, finely decorated with Chinese archaistic vessels, flowers, and auspicious objects, the base inscribed in iron-red with a six-character Xianfeng mark; diameter 14cm. Provenance: from a private UK collection Excellent condition except for some light wear to the enamel and rim gilt on both. 整体品相良好，惟粉彩与口沿描金部分有轻微磨损。

A pair of Chinese famille rose wine cups, early 20th century, each finely potted and exquisitely decorated with peony, orchard, linzhi and bamboo among rocky outcrops in soft pastel hues. The base bears a red-enameled studio mark “介眉雅制” ( jiemei yazhi ). Height: 5.3cm, diameter: 6.2cm. One cup with a hairline crack extending approx. 4cm from the rim, the other in good condition. 其中一杯沿口有约 4cm 冲线，另一杯品相良好。

A pair of large Chinese famille rose “figural” vases, in Yongzheng style but early 20th century, delicately painted on the body with the mirrored narrative scene of Wang Zhaojun Leaving the Pass Behind, Zhaojun Chusai - a court lady of Han dynasty who was sent to marry the ruler of Xiongnu empire in order to establish peace and friendship between the two counties, with decorative motifs and flower sprays on the shoulders and necks, height 62cm each without wooden stands Notes: for a smilar example see Rob Michiels Feb 2017 Lot 972

Lot 2170 清19世纪 广东铜胎画珐瑯攅盘一组（共9件）

估价：500～800 英镑

描述：
A set of Chinese Canton enamel Hors d’Oeuvres serving dishes, Qing Dynasty 19th century. Comprising eight side dishes, each decorated with figures in landscape settings with minimal inscriptions, together with a central round dish featuring insects among flowers. Overall dimensions: 43cm in diameter x 2cm in height; the central piece measures 20.5cm in diameter. Nearly every piece has varying degrees of dents or enamel losses, including the large central dish. Most dents are located along the edges or peripheral areas, except for a couple appearing in the center of the painted scenes (see images). No signs of repairs or color alteration to the enamels. 几乎每件均有不同程度的凹陷或珐瑯脱落，包括中央的大盘。大部分凹陷集中于边缘或外围区域，唯有少数影响画面中央（见图片）。无修复痕迹，珐瑯彩无颜色变化。

A set of Chinese wood-engraved albums, Shi Zhu Zhai Jian Pu ( Ten Bamboo Studio Letter Paper Manual ), published by Beijing Rongbaozhai in 1952. Comprising four volumes of small folio books, most pages printed in color, measuring 31 × 21 cm. Each volume features gold-splashed cover pages with title labels to the upper cover, housed in an embroidered silk folding case with bone clasps. Notes: Comparable versions can be found in the University of Cambridge Library (FH.20.75-76) and the Needham Research Institute main library collection. See also previous auction results at Bonhams (14 March 2016, Lot 8124) and Sotheby’s (28 July 2020, Lot 231). Shi Zhu Zhai Jian Pu is a renowned printed art book from the late Ming dynasty, created by the artist and publisher Hu Zhengyan (胡正言) around 1633. It is among the earliest known examples of multicolored woodblock printing, featuring exquisite designs of decorative letter papers adorned with delicate paintings and calligraphy. The manual includes motifs of flowers, birds, landscapes, and auspicious symbols, reflecting the refined aesthetics of literati culture. Shi Zhu Zhai Jian Pu is celebrated for its pioneering printing techniques, artistic elegance, and significant influence on later Chinese and Japanese print traditions. Provenance: From a family inheritance The albums are preserved in excellent condition with no noticeable damage or repairs. Some light water marks are visible on the top of the case and on some pages of volume 4 (see images). 本套书谱品相极佳，无明显破损或修补，书盒上部及第四册部分页面有轻微水渍（见图片）。
