4月3日，美丽生态（000010）发布公告，控股子公司美丽生态建设（原告）就与南粤基金及三一筑工的合同纠纷案件向法院提起诉讼，近日已提出撤诉申请并获得法院批准。
此次诉讼的涉案金额为7701万元，案件受理费为43万元，减半后由美丽生态建设承担21万元。
2024年前三季度，美丽生态实现收入3.54亿元，归母净利润-5943万元。
