马士基集团旗下码头运营商APM Terminals当地时间4月2日宣布，从加拿大太平洋堪萨斯城铁路公司（CPKC）和Lanco Group/Mi-Jack手中收购巴拿马运河铁路公司，未披露交易条款。
CPKC表示，出售这项非核心资产为其股东创造了价值，该公司专注于发展核心北美铁路业务。
