北京时间4月3日，爵士官方今日宣布，球队新秀科迪-威廉姆斯在昨天被诊断出患有单核细胞增多症，将缺席本赛季剩余的所有比赛。他将在三周后接受复查，之后将开始进行休赛期的体能训练。
去年的选秀大会，科威在首轮第10顺位被爵士选中，他是雷霆锋线杰伦-威廉姆斯的弟弟。新秀赛季，科威共代表爵士登场50次，场均得到4.6分2.3篮板1.2助攻。（NBA官网）
