近日福建省人民政府做出一批人事任免，其中经研究决定：
任命洪永新为福建省公安厅副厅长。
洪永新出生于1972年，早年就在福建省公安厅工作，曾担任过厅办公室副主任、厅办公室主任等领导职务。
2021年8月，洪永新调任南平市政府党组成员、副市长，市公安局局长、党委书记、督察长，直到本次重回省公安厅任职。
