4月1日，烽火电子（000561）发布公告，公司拟以发行股份及支付现金的方式向金创和信、间接控股股东陕西电子及其一致行动人长岭电气购买其合计持有的陕西长岭电子科技有限责任公司98.3950%股权并募集配套资金。
2024年前三季度，烽火电子实现收入7.15亿元，归母净利润-5865万元。
