4月1日，时代财经从携程集团方面获悉，今日起携程正式启动“陪娃假”福利，面向员工上线开放了每年3天带薪陪娃假（子女陪护假）的申请，据悉该政策将惠及全球超万名家有18周岁及以下子女的员工。携程方面称，4月1日上线的陪娃假，是携程“家庭友好”政策的又一次落地；2023年，携程宣布拟投入10亿元生育津贴鼓励员工生育。（时代财经 林心林）
