看到一条帖子，多年前，张召忠在某一档节目中说道：总有一天，俄罗斯会到大连船厂来商量，看能不能帮他造航母，不信你等着！
这话，局座当年有没有这么说不知道，但去非认为，中国不会帮他们造。
这么说，当然肯定不是技术和能力方面的原因。
