3月31日，银泰集团成功竞得杭州市余杭区未来科技城YH090703-05、YH090703-03、YH090706-04地块，成交总价13.3688亿元。
该地块位于杭州城市重要新中心核心区南端，用地面积约 19.34万平方米（290亩），毗邻余杭国际体育中心和杭州未来国际演艺中心。
据悉，银泰集团将联合余杭城投集团，投资数十亿元，规划建设一座总建筑面积约60万平方米的高端TOD城市综合体。
