当地时间3月31日，俄罗斯总统普京签署《关于从2025年4月至7月征召俄罗斯公民服兵役及现役公民退役的命令》，征兵指标为16万人。具体征召时间为2025年4月1日至7月15日。
俄罗斯国防部发布的2025年春季征兵声明称，应征公民不派往顿涅茨克、卢甘斯克、赫尔松及扎波罗热的俄军驻地。（总台记者 王新俊）
