新京报贝壳财经讯 （记者段文平）3月31日，万科A发布公告称，董事会于2025年3月31日收到公司执行副总裁、首席运营官刘肖提交的书面辞职报告。
因工作调整原因，刘肖申请辞去公司执行副总裁、首席运营官等职务。刘肖辞去上述职务后，仍在公司工作，联系战略投资业务。
截至3月31日，刘肖持有15.76万股万科A股票。
