3月31日，宇通客车（600066）发布公告，涉及2024年度利润分配方案及2025年中期分红授权的内容。公司拟向全体股东每10股派发现金股利10元（含税），预计现金分红总额为22.14亿元（含税）。
2025年中期分红的总金额将不超过相应期间的归母净利润，前提是公司当期盈利且母公司累计未分配利润为正。
