中航产融公告，若2025年4月14日召开的公司2025年第二次临时股东大会审议通过《关于以股东大会决议方式主动终止公司股票上市事项的议案》，除中国航空工业集团有限公司及其下属单位外于现金选择权股权登记日登记在册的全体A股股东（限售或存在权利限制的股份等情形除外）均享有现金选择权。若股东大会未能通过该议案，所有股东将不能获得现金选择权。公司股票将于2025年4月3日开市起停牌，现金选择权股权登记日拟定为2025年4月22日。
