乐居财经 赵盼盼 3月31日，越秀地产（00123.HK）举行2024年度业绩发布会，公司管理层出席会议。
越秀地产总经理助理姜永进介绍，2024年公司实现合同销售金额约为1145.4亿元，同比下降19.4%。根据克而瑞公布资料，2024年行业前10房企合同销售金额平均同比下降24.4%，公司合同销售排名上升至行业第8位。
2025年，越秀地产可售资源为2354亿元，销售目标为1205亿元。
