格隆汇3月31日｜据科创板日报，在阿里旗下在线旅行平台飞猪的新财年启动会上，飞猪CEO庄卓然披露了AI探索进展。其中，平台技术开发中的AI辅助编码渗透率达70%，酒店商务拓展人员已100%配备辅助商务智能体；用户发起的在线问询中，约十分之一由AI客服承接。
