2025年3月28日14时20分，缅甸发生7.9级地震，造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失。
29日上午，坐落于哈尔滨的中国地震局工程力学研究所派出王涛、戴君武、林旭川3位研究员，作为该所第一批专家参加中国救援队，乘国航包机从首都机场出发飞赴灾区，抵达后将开展地震相关震情评估，为救援工作提供技术支撑。
