智通财经APP讯，迈科管业(01553)发布公告，有关出售迈科智能的全部股权，股权转让协议的先决条件已达成，且出售事项已根据股权转让协议的条款于2025年3月28日完成。于完成出售事项后，迈科智能已不再为集团的附属公司，其财务业绩将不再合并入集团的财务报表。因此，集团已不再持有迈科智能集团的任何权益。
