阿荣旗人民政府官方网站“领导之窗”栏目显示，杨天琪现任阿荣旗委常委、组织部部长。
杨天琪出生于1984年，曾任牙克石市图里河镇副镇长，2019年调入呼伦贝尔市委组织部。本次到阿荣旗任职前，杨天琪任呼伦贝尔市委组织部办公室主任。
之前担任阿荣旗委常委、组织部部长的闫志刚已改任阿荣旗委常委、副旗长。
