人民网哈尔滨3月28日电 (尚城)来自黑龙江省水文水资源中心的消息，3月27日8时，通肯河青冈段(绥化市青冈县民政乡)开江，开江日期较常年提前12天。
截至目前，黑龙江省主要江河中，拉林河五常段、穆棱河梨树镇段、通肯河青冈段开江，其他主要江河仍处于封冻或融冰状态。
