财联社3月28日电，缅甸发生7.9级地震，造成云南德宏、昆明、大理等地震感强烈。云南省地震局回应为何缅甸7.9级地震后没有收到预警信息：地震预警系统能够产出云南省及周边50千米范围内发生的4.0级以上地震信息。此次缅甸发生的7.9级地震距离我国最近的预警台站约300公里，且境外没有地震预警站网，该情况超出目前地震预警系统响应能力，因此预警系统未发出预警信号。
