北京商报讯（记者王寅浩李晗）北京市住建委官网数据显示，3月27日北京新房网签804套，网签面积62793.99平方米，其中住宅网签195套，网签面积24400.38平方米；二手房网签934套，网签面积81070.07平方米，其中住宅网签840套，网签面积76605.89平方米。
