2025年3月27日，上海物贸(600822.SH)公告称，公司董事会于近日收到公司财务总监兼董事会秘书赵洪的书面辞职报告。赵洪因身体原因，申请辞去公司财务总监及董事会秘书职务。赵洪的辞职报告于送达董事会之日起生效。
公告指出，在公司财务总监及董事会秘书空缺期间，由公司总经理许伟代行公司财务总监及董事会秘书职责。
