日照港3月27日公告，拟以全资子公司日照港集装箱发展有限公司为项目主体，投资约68亿元建设日照港转型升级工程（一区块）。根据经济效益综合评价，本工程项目资本金财务内部收益率（税后）为3.27%，项目资本金投资回收期（含建设期）为28.8年。
