“两新”政策，一举多得。记者3月26日获悉，省发展改革委、省财政厅印发《河南省2025年加力扩围开展大规模设备更新和消费品以旧换新实施方案》，从五个方面提出25项措施，将通过增加资金规模、扩大支持范围、优化实施机制，加力扩围实施“两新”政策。
