新修订的《北京市消防条例》由市十六届人大常委会第十六次会议表决通过，自2025年5月1日起施行。条例明确提出禁止在公共门厅、疏散通道等区域停放电动自行车或充电，禁止电动自行车、充电电池进入电梯，违规的个人最高可处1000元罚款。
