当地时间3月25日下午，两艘大型油轮当天抵达叙利亚西部的巴尼亚斯港，其中一艘油轮上装有10万吨原油，另外一艘装有5600吨汽油。暂无两艘油轮从何处出发的消息。持续多年的国内冲突和外部制裁使得叙利亚饱受能源危机困扰，2024年12月叙利亚政局突变后，部分西方国家开始考虑放松对叙利亚石油工业的制裁。
