据“中建西南院科技公司”消息，3月25日上午，中建西南院科技公司召开干部大会。会议宣布了中建西南院党委关于中建西南院科技公司主要领导调整的决定：严一云同志任中建西南院科技公司董事长、总经理；黄陆同志不再兼任中建西南院科技公司董事长、总经理职务。相关职务任免按有关规定程序办理。
