当地时间24日，红十字国际委员会发表声明称，该组织位于加沙地带南部拉法的办事处遭爆炸破坏，没有工作人员受伤。
声明表示，尽管办事处有明确标记并已通知各方，但还是遭到破坏，这对其救援行动产生了直接影响，红十字国际委员会强烈谴责针对其办公场所的袭击。（总台记者 江浩宇）
