格隆汇3月24日丨锦鸡股份(300798.SZ)公布，近日，公司收到持股5%以上股东珠海大靖出具的《简式权益变动报告书》，珠海大靖本次通过集中竞价方式减持股票数量为3,369,607股，本次权益变动后，珠海大靖持有公司股份23,440,800股，占公司总股本4.999979%，持股比例降到5%以下，并触及1%的整倍数。
