3月24日，卫星化学（002648）发布公告，2024年度利润分配方案已通过董事会审议。根据天健会计师事务所出具的审计报告，公司2024年度实现归母净利润为60.71亿元，提取法定公积金2030万元，未分配利润为215.18亿元。公司拟每10股派发现金红利5元（含税），现金分红总额为16.84亿元，占归母净利润的比例为27.74%。
2024年前三季度，卫星化学实现收入322.75亿元，归母净利润36.93亿元。
