3月24日，云天化（600096）发布公告，拟定2024年度利润分配预案，计划每10股派发现金红利14元（含税）。
根据审计结果，公司2024年实现归母净利润为53.33亿元，计提法定盈余公积金后，母公司2024年末累计可供股东分配的利润为63.94亿元。此次现金红利总额为25.52亿元，占归母净利润的47.86%。值得注意的是，公司不进行红股分配，也不以资本公积金转增股本。
