3月24日，安琪酵母（600298）发布公告，近日公司董事会收到高管郑念递交的辞职申请，因工作调动原因申请辞去公司副总经理、安全总监职务。
辞职后，郑念仍将担任公司董事。根据相关法律法规，辞职申请自送达公司董事会之日起生效。
2024年前三季度，安琪酵母实现收入109.12亿元，归母净利润9.53亿元。
