北京时间3月24日，据日本媒体消息，三笘薰与长友佑都缺席日本队的赛前训练，可能缺战沙特。
据报道，今日日本队进行了赛前踩场训练，三笘薰因在对阵巴林的比赛中受伤，在酒店休养，而长友佑都则在球场内单独训练，两人可能缺战沙特。
此前，日本队中场守田英正、前锋上田绮世已经因伤退出了国家队。
北京时间3月25日晚18:35，世预赛18强赛第8轮，日本队将在主场埼玉2002体育场迎战沙特阿拉伯。
