跟队记者表示：“莫塔和尤文结束了，尤文已经选择图多尔执教至本赛季结束。之后尤文的梦想会是孔蒂。解雇莫塔与他的团队，尤文需要支付2000万欧。”
莫塔从去年7月开始执教尤文，本赛季带队42场仅取得18胜，目前尤文在意甲排名第五，落后欧冠区1分。
