格隆汇3月20日丨海航控股(600221.SH)公布，祥鹏航空与扬子江七十九号关于2架B737-800飞机的租约即将到期，为满足生产经营需要，祥鹏航空拟以经营性租赁的方式续租上述2架B737-800飞机，租金总额不超过800万美元。为满足生产运营需要，祥鹏航空拟从扬子江三号租赁1架A321NEO飞机，租金总额不超过6,300万美元。
